Located just over the Golden Gate Bridge, the Ark was a converted paddleboat and a legendary venue known for its popularity with the bands themselves. The Grateful Dead even practiced there on occasional afternoons. This show was a benefit for the Valley Peace Center and was designed by artist Brighton Goodfellow.
