Proceeds from each purchase are donated to BROAD STREET LOVE, a non-profit based in the heart of Philly, helping our neighbors living in deep poverty break the cycle of hunger and homelessness. We’re proud to offer the exclusive opportunity to have your pet’s furry face forever enshrined on canvas by master painter and fellow animal lover Donna Porter.
Donna has graciously offered her pet portrait service HeartPrints exclusively to help raise money for Broad Street Love. Her long list of celebrity clients include a sports franchise owner’s D-O-G DOG! and a not-to-be-said 76ers podcast host’s pooch.
Donna received her bachelors and masters of fine arts from the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, she also spent a year at Oxford’s Ruskin School of Art, studying under renowned masters such as Neil Welliver, Robert Engman, Sy Sillman, Hitoshi Nakasito, John Ross, and Richard Anuskiewicz.
Inspired by her love of animals and nature, Donna brings a joyful and bright cheerful tone to her portraits, capturing her subjects with grace and beauty regardless of the subject matter, moment, or medium.
She currently lives in Narberth and works with students of all ages, teaching art as a way to enrich one’s life and perspective.
