We’re GOOD TREE®, a purpose-driven (and disc golf obsessed) outdoor apparel brand, building a local zero-waste circular clothing economy in Philly. For every product sold, we plant a tree to help fight climate change globally and donate the proceeds to local non-profits working to make the world a little bit better.

Our name comes from disc golf, but our love of nature and the outdoors knows no bounds. So don’t be surprised to spot GOOD TREE® swag on your favorite hiking trails, climbing your local 5.8, or just hanging at the dog park around the corner.

We’re committed to protecting these outdoor places and spaces we hold sacred by embracing sustainable, eco-friendly manufacturing, grassroots nature conservancy, and community-based sustainability projects focused on providing Nature for All.

To help reduce our carbon footprint, we’re planting one tree for each product purchased. From the Amazon to Appalachia, you can learn more about our reforestation efforts with our partners at One Tree Planted and how you can help here.

We’re also providing free carbon-offset shipping for all online purchases and donating the remaining proceeds to fund watershed restoration projects on Natural Lands nature preserves.

What do we mean when we say, make it right? It means we’re dedicated to quality workmanship and products made here in America. It means we’re dedicated to reviving Philadelphia’s textile manufacturing heritage in a new way. That means using our business as a force for good. When we say, we can make it right, we believe we can build a more inclusive and sustainable economy—one better for both people and the planet—when we start putting purpose over profits.

As we strive to reduce our carbon footprint and revive the history of textile manufacturing in Philadelphia, we also believe “making it right” includes social responsibility, making sure all of products are made by people making a decent living wage. Until then, we work with manufacturers with WRAP certification and social responsibility as well as social responsibility stated in core values.

    We believe all of us, but especially businesses, have a responsibility to ensure the health of the planet for future generations. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and recycle, upcycle, and reuse as much as we can, on our path toward a zero-waste circular clothing economy.

    It’s important to think macro, but the effects of climate change are experienced at the local level in myriad ways. That’s why we partner with local artists and organizations to help maximize the impact of our sustainability programs in the communities that are directly affected.

  • GO TOGETHER
